DescriptionGracile Syndrome is an autosomal recessive metabolic disorder presenting with fetal growth retardation, Fanconi type aminoaciduria, cholestasis, iron overload (liver hemosiderosis), profound lactic acidosis, and early death. It is sometimes known as Fellman syndrome.
